its original Windsor green paint, red painted skis with yellow
paint pin striping.
- The sled was found
in a country estate barn and is in great condition with no breaks
or repairs.
- Signed in gold paint
on the sled, Lewis Adams Morris N.Y.
- The sled was made
in Morris, New York at the Morris Sled Works factory which was
in operation until early 1900. The paint on this sled is just
great and is just a wonderful early piece of Americana.
